What about to feel the warmth of the sunlight in the morning? Is it good for us? It's absolutely yes. This easy activity has so many benefits to us, not only it provides vitamin D, but it really can cure insomnia and many more.

  • Exposure to early morning sun can help properly set the body's biological clock, and help with certain kinds of insomnia. Early morning sunlight can help naturally awaken your body.
  • Solar UVB radiation (290-315nm) is needed by the body to make Vitamin D. Vitamin D must be made by the body because dietary sources are inadequate, and supplements must be used carefully.
  • Mid-day summer sun is the best source of UVB. 10-15 minutes of exposut without sunscreen is enough to generate the daily requirement of Vitamin D.
